In celebration of Arts Birthday the participants and audience of Share at (formerly known as) Open Air will be host to four wonderful different cakes, with the condition that their action of enjoying the cake will be manipulated via live visual sampling technology and transmitted to other locations across the globe that will also be celebrating Arts Birthday.
These locations in turn will generate their own transmissions celebrating Arts Birthday in a NET.JAMM exchange of audiovisual presents.
This video transmission will be accompanied by the Share 'sound' which consists of the public using a laptop or any other portable music making device that plugs it into the the multi-channel sound system.
Share also takes this date to celebrate the official launch of it's new community content driven web site located at http://share.dj as well as the re-opening of Share's host, Open Air in Alphabet City. |
