Matt Smith is a media designer, artist and technician in Vancouver. He has worked with artists and institutions on all kinds of technology-based projects, as a technician, designer and facilitator. In 1995 he co-founded FirstFloor Electronix, an exclusive online-community of computer professionals in the arts.

Most recently he formed the "Artist Run Limousine Collective" together with Arvind Thadhani and Sandra Wintner. As PC Omez he still produces and co-hosts the experimental radio show "FirstFloorRadio" together with DJ Goulash aka Andy Hunter and has also created radio productions on different alternative radio stations around the country and internationally.
