Sandra Wintner has been involved in numerous web-based productions (web design, streaming audio, video documentation) for Western Front and Kunstradio in Vienna.

Projects include "Recycling the Future" at the Ars Electronica festival 1997, "Devolve Into II" (Vienna and ZKM in Germany 2002) and "Radiotopia", Ars Electronica Festival 2002.
Born in Innsbruck, Austria, Wintner is now based in Vancouver and working as a web designer and technician in the artistic community. She was the Vancouver coordinator of Kunstradio's and Western Front Society's telecommunications project "Wiencouver 2000".
